Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • If you experience technical issues accessing a product, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it

  • Courses and training content are for educational purposes only
  • They do not constitute personalised accounting, tax, or financial advice

  • Login details must not be shared
  • We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected

6. Fees & Payment

  • Fees for services and products are stated in NZD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified
  • Payment terms will be agreed before services commence
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

is owned by or licensed to Evaluate Business Solutions and is protected under New Zealand intellectual property laws.
